Short-Term Rehabilitation

Our rehabilitation center features a new state of the care facility that is open 7 days a week with in-house physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and restorative nursing services.  Skilled nursing care is available in every unit of the rehabilitation center.  Our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team, which includes an internal medicine specialist (our medical director), meets regularly to assure that our clients who are receiving intensive rehabilitation, are receiving the services they need.  Our goal is to return clients to their maximum level of independence.

Extended Care

Our clients who stay for longer periods of time, receive continued restorative services to promote their functional independence and holistic services to address their physical, psycho-social and spiritual needs.
More intensive services such as ventilator, tracheotomy and ostomy care are readily available.

Palliative care

We offer palliative care to terminally ill clients and their families.  Effective pain management and symptom control, counseling and supportive services for the client and family are key as well as assuring that the client and family feel in control.

Memory Care Unit

Our memory care unit offers care, services, activities in a beautiful, safe environment designed to address the medical and psycho-social needs of persons with memory loss.  We also offer a one of a kind sensory stimulating environment which has been proven to decrease the potential for behavioral incidents and increase quality of life.

Respite Care

We provide respite services for those care givers who need a break or need to be out of town for a period of time.  This is provided in our rehabilitation center.

Special Services

We are pleased to offer Music Therapy including inter-generational experiences.  Pet Therapy is also available.
