ASSISTED LIVING Base Rate Includes::
v Three chef prepared meals per day- Snacks always available
v 24-hour call light system staff available onsite 24 hours/day
v Every 2 hour safety checks
v Daily housekeeping services and weekly linen services
v Regular reminders of social, cultural, religious and recreational services
v Reminders for completion of activities of daily living
v Medication counseling, supervision, and administration by a licensed nurse 24 hours/day
v Blood sugar checks and insulin administration
v Frequent communication with physician
v Exercise and strength training up to 5 times per week
v Secure facility
v Apartment rental
v Transportation on group outings
Studio apartment $2,450.00/month
One-bedroom apartment $2,825.00/month
Two-bedroom apartment $3,125.00/month
Respite Care $85.00/day
Additional Tenant $600/month
Deposit for apartment key: $25.00 for the initial key and $15.00 for additional keys. Refundable upon return of the key(s) when the apartment is vacated.
